The Camp Experience

A 3 day / 2 night horse camp designed for riders who want time, space, and connection — with their horse, their riding, and the landscape around them.

This is a BYO horse camp, where you bring your own horse and everything they need for the duration of the stay. In return, we provide the environment, structure, and experience.

Accommodation & Catering

Accommodation is provided on-site for all riders.

The camp is fully catered, with meals provided throughout your stay — allowing you to focus on the horses, the experience, and time away from everyday routines.

Riding & Activities

The majority of riding throughout the camp will take place out on the farm, exploring varied terrain and taking in the landscape that makes this experience what it is.

Riders will have access to an arena space if they’d like to warm up their horse, settle in before rides, or give them a stretch beforehand, however this camp is not focused on arena lessons or formal riding sessions.

You can expect:

  • Guided rides across varied farm terrain

  • Long days spent predominantly out on the trail

  • A relaxed, immersive riding experience rather than intensive instruction

Alongside riding, there will also be additional activities throughout the camp designed to create space to unwind, connect, and enjoy the experience both on and off horseback.

Your Horse’s Stay

Your horse will be accommodated in overnight pens on-site.

We provide:

  • Overnight grass pens (individual pens where available)

  • Access to fresh water

If the camp reaches full capacity, there may not be enough individual pens for every horse. In this case, some horses may be placed in shared grazing arrangements.

When registering, please let us know if:

  • You are attending with a friend whose horse your horse can safely graze with, or

  • You are comfortable for your horse to be grazed with compatible camp horses

This helps us plan safe and suitable paddocking for all horses.

You will need to bring:

  • All feed and hay for your horse

  • Buckets, tack, gear, and any supplements

  • Any additional care items your horse requires

A full “What to Bring” list will be emailed upon registration so you can arrive prepared and confident.

Rider Suitability

This camp is best suited to confident, independent riders who are comfortable riding in varied environments.

Some riding takes place over natural and uneven terrain, which can be challenging in sections. For this reason, the camp is not suitable for complete beginners or very nervous riders.

We want every rider to feel safe, capable, and able to fully enjoy the experience.

If you’re unsure whether this camp is the right fit, feel free to reach out — we’re happy to help you decide.
